It's June & we're Brits so no matter what it's BBQ time! A few weeks ago ma&pa came to help build Walter Weber then with a glass of Sangria in one hand & tongues in the other we were off!
Dad always cooks a killer BBQ so who better to learn from than the expert himself?! We had Chili/Dark Chocolate sausages (sooo good - don't knock 'em till you've tried 'em!), Sweet Chilli Sausages, Beef Burgers & Venison Steak followed by corn on the cob, yes I know it was only for the 4 of us but it wouldn't be a BBQ without loads of left over food!

Today I put my skills to the test & cooked another BBQ for Adam & me...this time we had Pork/Apple & Aberdeen Angus sausages & corn on the cob. I was pretty chuffed with it all & I think corn on the cob done on the BBQ is now a firm fave.

So although I wasn't at home for Fathers Day this year at least I made him proud with the help of my new found friend Walter!

What a great BBQ. Good job you know how to cook on one now you don't have a kitchen
