just got back from the car boot. i made about £50 once id taken off the price of the stall and the float! im dead chuffed! we'll probably do it again tomorrow cos we still have quite a bit left. my bags didnt sell very well i had 43 of them on display and only sold 2! :-( at least i still get to keep them! haha! it was a fun moring, the only problem was waking up at 6am to get there and set up in time for the public. who goes to a car boot at 7:30am?! stay in bed! its a sunday for goodness sake!

went to lufbra on friday. had so much fun, it was rew, sanj, damith and ced and after a visit to the orange tree and newshouse we ended up in echos rock night! my knees are feeling it again though, i really need to learn to not wear my platform sandles when moshing! *ouch!* i refused to leave untill they played nelly the elephant at 3am (its tradition!)! my mates all left me on the dancefloor and walked out when that was played, charming!! chuh! i didnt care, i was having so much fun jumping around without them!

im so tired now think i might go and have my afternoon nap! *yawn*

The next day we awoke to beautiful blue skies & sunshine. I don't usually post about what I wore (hence the crappy lighting & dodgy background) but I loved the fact I could be so colourful & sunny. Bring on the permanent better weather when I dress like this all day & every day! Adam & I met the gang & we all headed to the British Museum. Colin & Sue had tickets to see Grayson Perry (which we'd seen before) so when they went into the show we walked around the other displays. I couldn't resist getting another photo of Alan Measles on the back of his bike basking in the sunshine as well as a photo of part of the Hajj exhibition. I don't think they could have put two more different shows on at the same time! Sorry for the dad joke I just couldn't resist! Hope y'all had a lovely Easter either with family, friends or mountains of chocolate! We managed two out of the three so can't be bad! Ma&Pa got us Easter eggs with the wedding countdown on (as if we could forget!) Sunday we went to Adam's parents & just relaxed. It was just the R&R we needed. They treated me to a Kinder Egg & I whiled away the time making my jigsaw & nibbling the choc. We gave Jill&Keith a box of Dairy Milk & then helped them along the way with eating it. Today we're seeing my side of the family & then it's back to work. Argh! Where did that long weekend go?! Ttfn x

T-minus 6months / 184days!

Eeep! 6months today I'll be just about to walk down the aisle to see the man I'm going to marry! AAAAARRRRGGGHHH!I'm so ridiculously excited I'm not sure I can bottle it up! Valentines day marked 200 days till our wedding & mum made us a countdown using tape measures measuring 100cm each. The plan was to cut off a cm each day as the countdown but she'd included little charms all down them of bags, shoes, guitars, etc & we didn't want to ruin it so we're colouring it in with a Sharpie instead! She's the best! :) thanks mum! Last night after work Adam & I met up at Waterloo to head home & it was all going as planned till we stopped at one station for about 20mins cos of a backlog due to a part suspension.
