home is where the heart is

well im back, not really sure where im classing 'home' right now so ill just say im back in england! on my final night in bangalore seamus, paul and i went to have a snake coffee which was very tasty even though i hate coffee and then moved onto cosmo for one last time. there were lots of people waiting on 2nd floor which was nice and i even managed to dance, again! 3rd day in a row, im such a minx!! i managed to keep calm untill the music stopped and we had to call it a night and it was time for the goodbyes. *sniff!* quite a few people said id be back and so did i, so fingers crossed!! set off for the airpoart at 4am and checked in after my tearful farewell to seamus. more tears then flowed when i was told that id have to pay excess baggage!! oops! not goiong to go into how much i had to pay but it wasnt good!! :-S the flight home was fairly uneventful once id stopped blubbing, met 2 really nice women who came up to me in bangalore airport to see if i was ok, one of them even gave me a hug! i soon cheered up as we landed in bahrain and i attacked the duty free! i had so much fun! hehe! on the flight to london they had 2 cameras fixed to the plane one on the nose and one underneath so as we were taking off, landing and just flying along you could see what was happening, the geek in me enjoyed that one!

after meeting a very excited mum and dad we drove back to palace plumpton and the first meal i enjoyed was steak and kidney pie and chips from our chippy down the road! mmmm! not yet had a curry from the takeaway, but im sure it wont be too long before i have/need one!

last night i went up to lufbra to check out the new student house im living in (yes it is a house not a boat which i was glad to find out!! :-P) its quite nice and ill be living with rfa and rikster come october. rfa was at the house so spent the night catching up with him and watching big brother (i dont know, i got slagged off for getting adicted to it all the other years, the one year im away everyone else seems hooked to it! proves that while they were 'forced' to watch it in the previous years they actually enjoyed it and so watched it this year!)! chuh! caught the train back this morning. i couldnt believe how posh the train was, it was like a palace! i had leg room, saw no cockraoches and actually had glass in the wondows! the only downside was the fact that it was silent, everyone was going about their own business, didnt speak to anyone else, there were no chai guys wandering up and down selling snacks, it just had no atmosphere.

im still feeling a bit weird, not expecting it to just go away over night. i dont really feel happy or sad, just a bit empty. still, ive got some amazing memories, 10000000000000000000000000s of photos, so many purchases and quite a big overdraft that wont let me forget all the brill times! i know itll take time but hopefully ill settle in again soon and get back to meeting up with all my mates, and getting ready to party away my 21st!
:-D

right well need to carry on updating my ipod with all the new music ive been missing out on!
