im really missing being able to chuck all my clothes into a washing machine and them actually coming out clean! sister (our cleaner) is ok at throwing a bit of water over the items and scrubbing them on the shower floor (:-S) but it doesnt exactly clean them!! i want to be able to at least start my travelling in clean clothes! although some of the hotels im staying at while travelling will have washing machines so im sure i can wait till then! i cant believe it, one week today and ill be in mumbai hopefully just about to get a train to gujarat! im dead excited but also sad at leaving (incase you hadnt gathered that by now!!). itll be great to actually see some more of the country that ive been living in for a year. it is actually a year to the day tomorrow that i got on that plane and bawled my eyes out at coming here now ill be bawling at leaving the place, i dont know, women eh, you cant please them!!! never satisfied! friday saw the opening of 1st floor at cosmo. it looks so nice,

Yesterday was em’s unbirthday! We had a really nice meal at Little Italy, apart from my pudding which said chocolate crepe on the menu, when it came it looked amazing, then I took a bite and the crepe was there, so was the chocolate but inside was lumpy cheese! Eew! Was not impressed! Cheese and chocolate?! Huh?! Em’s present from becca was a scary mask and it really was scary! I don’t like masks/clowns as many of you will know but this was horrible!!! Went to cosmo and as I walked onto the terrace seamus, paul, collin and ben were there and all started singing “yesterday, all my troubles seemed so far away…….” at the top of their voices! (im still labeled a yesterday girl hence the song! They’re so harsh!) I thought theyd just sing a bit of the song, but no, they nearly did the whole flipping thing! It was embarrassing but funny! Seamus was in a very good mood cos he’d finally won a tennis match (after 27 games of loosing) against paul! “You’ll never beat the irish!!” U

Well that’s all the time weve got left at work L cant believe it! Its really sad. Went to a guy from works house tonight and his wife and mother cooked dinner for us. We were only there for a couple of hours but they were all so happy to have us there eating with them which was sweet. I have exactly 2 weeks left in bangalore now and they are so busy already! Im just so popular! Hehe. Had a really nice weekend mainly spent in cosmo! On Saturday I went and had drinks with Seamus, Pat, Deep and Michael on the 1 st floor. We weren’t interrupted by anyone all night cos we were hidden behind a big blue plastic sheet! So had a really nice chat. Nat and I then tried taika but we only managed one dance before it closed so we went back to cosmo and danced a bit more there! Sunday I spent pottering around the city, visiting the temple behind kemp fort and in the evening went to see a live band in mojo. They were really good actually and when it finished we ended up in cosmo again!

argh they're everywhere and seem to particularly like me! guess im not eating enough marmite. maybe i should use it instead of moisturiser?! dont think my anyone would appreciate it when we go out although it would clear the dancefloor in taika! hmm! hehe. just finished at the tailors, got 7 new things and im soo happy with 6 of them! the 7th was something id designed and not really explained properly! maybe i should try to take saleem home in my suitcase then i wouldnt need to pack any clothes to take home cos he could live with me and make all the clothes i want at any time?!?! im full of good ideas today!! got some new glasses today, they're ace and something a bit different! (theres an interesting statement for you!) off to cosmo tonight to meet one of seamus' mates so should be fun, im sure ill be there again tomorrow, cant have 2 saturday nights in in a row! scary thought! hehe. only got 2weeks left at work now. This is my most frequently used statement at the moment apparently! It usually ends with ‘I went back later on and got it!’ hehe. Last Friday was my un-birthday, we’ve decided that for our last couple of weeks we should all choose a restaurant we want to go to and whoever chooses the restaurant for that day, its their birthday and they get to celebrate it however the restaurant decides and the other girls have to buy presents! So my choice was TGI Fridays! It was soo much fun! I had to stand on my chair and shout ‘it’s my birthday today!’ and then they did a birthday rap while I danced along! Then came the presents! I got a magnet off em, some huge earrings off becca cos she knows I hate then and the deal was that I had to wear them,(felt and looked like a right chavette!) all night; and finally nat got me a piece of minging cream cake from the bakery and wrapped it up in paper so that when I unwrapped it it went everywhere and she then splatted it in my face! Eew! Was much fun

well heres my 1st photo finally on my blog! just incase any of you have forgotten what i look like or anything (im the one in the middle! :-P ) this was taken at robs ace leaving doo (hes on the right) seamus is the one on the left, think the hat might give away where hes from! hehe! was such an ace night!! partay! speaking of ace times, this weekend was, yet again pretty gooood! it all started in cosmo, (you noticing a pattern yet?!?!) and i met up with the gang plus an extra - mariah from the states who was nanny to electra, one of seamus' mates. mariah was on her night off so came to join us. we stayed at cosmo untill midnight when all the blokes went downstairs to watch the rugby and mariah and i (the others joined us later) went onto taika. it was a good night, met up with some people i hadnt seen for a while and had a boogie! untill about 2am. after taking a while to recover from the pervious night i went to the taj for another one of my quiet lunches! I really need to

i think the title describes my plan for the night perfectly! We are all crashing round em and nats house and hopefully miss fan and shal will be joining us too for a proper girly night. finding neverland's on tv and as long as theres no power cut (which no doubt there will be right at and important part!) we will be calling dominos pizza (yes it does exist out here and yes, it is as good as lufbra! :-) )and chillaxing in infront of the tv! itll be nice to all have a night in together as we dont really do that much now we are usually out and about, flitting around like the social butterflies we all are! :-P tomorrow will be my usual visit to cosmo village then maybe a club (or 2!) after that we'll see how it goes, should be cool! no plans for sunday yet, maybe a bit of shopping, maybe a bit of sunbathing, maybe both, who knows!! yesterday i sent 2 boxes of stuff home to england via courier. they weighed 27kg and 11kg. thankfully i didnt try to take all that home on the

argh! what a drive into the city! wanted to go to the tailor with some designs to be made and then to potter round MG and brigade road but no the heavens opened (it was that fine stuff that soaks you through! :-P ) and i couldnt face being all soggy, especially in baggy jeans that trail on the floor! so instead i got off the work van at the flyover and tried to get a rik to forum (surprise surprise!). i practically had to swim to the curb and every rik i asked to take me refused. i then had to peg it accross a busy main road that was flooded too (i now remember why these trainers were pushed to the back of the cupboard, they leak!!) to get to another group of riks that also refused untill the last guy took pity on me and agreed! i reached forum after swimming though another 'lake' (ok i get carried away with my descriptions some times!) and then froze to death in the airconditionedness of forum! i cant win! people were 'clutching children in the corridoors like damp
