....especially when cleaning my teeth!! one of my presents from santa this year was a musical toothbrush! it playes scissor sisters 'i don't feel like dancin'' through your jaw as you brush your teeth! it plays for 2min then stops so you can time cleaning your teeth too if you really want to! hehe. another place noone really felt like dancing was hinckley. met up with michelle, mel & keira on christmas eve eve for our traditional drinks and it was as if it was a normal night out. noone else around was in a very festive spirit, none of the pubs were decorated with christmas decorations or played any christmas music. we were gutted! it was still lovely catching up with the girlies though and we made the most of being together. eventhough i was 'des' for the night (designated driver) i still ended up walking around in someone elses shoes!! i always manage to go out in comfier shoes and then feel sorry for whoever has the crippling shoes on. i wore ...

How many beds have I slept in since I last posted? The answer is………7 now that isn’t cos I get around a bit! Well I do, but not in that way!! It just proves how busy ive been and that’s my excuse for having not written and deserting my readers! Its gonna be easier to do this in points I think seeing as ive left it too long! That’ll learn me! - 5th was one of the best days ever! Adam and I drove up to lufbra then rfa, tricky, ross and anna joined us and we all went to see Ricky Gervais in Nottingham! He was brill! So funny, apart from the dig at H from steps but I guess ill let him off (and I wasn’t close enough to see the teeth!!)! He did make up for that tho by doing a bit of THE dance as he left the stage! Hehe. - we then spent fri, sat and sun staying with mum and dad which was nice and relaxing and good to catch up with them instead of just over the phone. New years eve? A night out? In hinckley? Can only be one place, flares! Had a good old boogie on down to all the classics. No free tiaras or air guitars this year but got party poppers & confetti canons, almost as good! I was out with michelle, keira & maria. It was really good fun cos i met up with quite a few people from my old junior school & high school! Was nice to catch up with them. Hinckley was actually quite peaceful. Didnt see one scrap! Everyone was pleasant & out for a good time! Couldnt believe i was in the same town!

Well it is a 70s bar, gotta have a bit of beegees, so that means TRAGEDY! Haha. So yes i did dance, dya think id stand still?! Woot Woot! As usual michelle & i were the only ones dancing with the dance moves! Who cares we thought we looked cool! (Thought being the right word! :-S)

went home this weekend for the bankholiday. it was the flower festival at church so popped along to see everyone and to have a nosey at the flowers. it was looking really nice as usual! it was lovely going home for the sat, sun, mon cos it was mum, dad and aunty beryl and it had felt like ages since id seen them and been at home. uncle colin and aunty sue came over on the saturday night and we had a swinging time! it was really good fun. had a chinese and hottub evening (oh how i needed that hottub after reel big fish! i was still aching so so much!). they got me a fluffly pink pen for my bday, to everyone else its as garish as it sounds but i think its pretty cool! hehe. not tried taking it into a meeting yet, maybe wont either!! we'll see! MARIA, MICHELLE, KTP & MEL sunday night i went out with michelle, maria and mel. we 'eaded into 'inckley and was having a fun night till we went to elements cos flares has clsed for the mo (noooooooo!) hopefully to reopen agai...

well i cant believe its christmas eve! really doesnt feel like it. no more sleeps still santa now, he'll be here tonight! :-D im still not that excited about it which is a bit of a shame, makes me realise im growing up! argh!! went out last night and 'did' hinckley. it was a wicked night cos i got to see woodlands crew and some of my old mates from high school i knew when i was about 12. we started off in the baron and it was packed, as was everywhere else! the whole of hinckley was out i think! our next stop was the union and then baracuda that had just opened. WOODLANDS GIRLIES! SJ, ME, MICHELLE, MARIA our last stop of the night was flares! as usual! it was packed when we arrived but it quitened down by about 1:30am. its quite cool now cos the late night licence laws, u can stay in the pubs for longer, so can go to the clubs even later and it makes the night go quicker. reading that back i dont think it makes sense but it did in my head!! :-P MICHELLE, ME AND A PO...

yes i had a leaflet through the post today talking about graduation! argh! scary to think that ill be graduating from lufbra in less than a year! feels like ive been here for years (well 5 to be precise)! i moved into lufbra properly today so im sitting in my cold student house (too cheapskate and lazy to turn on the boiler!) trying to fit all of my stuff into my room. its much bigger than i thought and my walk-in wardrobe is fantastic! hehe! i only have 25 pairs of shoes with me and 17 bags, im slacking! last night was, erm, interesting! we were home by 11:30pm, grrr hinckley sucks! wont go into details but just grrr! i hate bouncers and policemen! hehe! ive updated my photoblog with some old photos i found lingering around on my pooter, some of you might enjoy looking through them! thats it for now, just about to go and meet nat bitty and go out and about in lufbra! the terrible two are back in town!! xxxx
